These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fontgenerator.pk and all tools, pages, and content available on it (together, the “Service”), operated by FontGenerator.pk (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone able to form a binding agreement under the laws of their country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of the Service

FontGenerator.pk provides free online tools that convert text you enter into styled variants built from Unicode characters, which you can copy and paste elsewhere. Our explanation of how the generator works provides technical background. For reference, see Unicode’s introduction to the standard and Discord’s username and display-name requirements.

You should understand clearly what this is:

  • The Service does not produce installable font files (.ttf, .otf, .woff or similar).
  • The Service does not install anything on your device.
  • The output consists of standard Unicode characters that visually resemble different typefaces.
  • All conversion happens in your browser. Your input is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Ownership of Generated Text

The text you type in is yours. The styled output is yours as well.

We claim no ownership over anything you create using the Service and impose no restriction on how you use it, whether personally or commercially. Because the output is composed of standard Unicode characters, which are part of an open international standard and are not owned by us or anyone else, no attribution or licence fee is required.

You are, however, solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate content that:

  • Breaks any applicable law or regulation
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, abuses, or intimidates any person
  • Promotes hatred or violence against any individual or group
  • Impersonates another person, business, or organisation, or otherwise misrepresents your identity
  • Is used for phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive usernames intended to trick others
  • Infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Is obscene, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors
  • Constitutes spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or coordinated inauthentic activity
  • Violates the terms of service of any platform where you paste the generated text

You also agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, copy, or harvest the Service or its content
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, disable, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially exploit the Service itself, its design, or its content without our prior written permission
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or advertising on the Service
  • Present the Service or a copy of it as your own

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including its source code, design, layout, graphics, logo, written content, and the name FontGenerator.pk — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. This is separate from and does not affect your ownership of the text you generate, described in Section 4.

7. Platform Compatibility

Whether generated text displays correctly depends entirely on the app, device, operating system, or website where you paste it. Support for Unicode characters varies widely and changes over time without notice.

Some platforms restrict which characters may be used in usernames, display names, or profile fields, and may reject, filter, or flag styled text. We have no control over these policies and make no guarantee that any style will work in any particular place. Testing before you rely on a style is your responsibility.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Service is supported by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks, and we do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for advertised products, services, or claims. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are strictly between you and them.

The Service may also link to third-party websites for convenience. Those links are not endorsements. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or availability. You visit them at your own risk.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, add to, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FontGenerator.pk and its owners, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from generated text failing to display correctly, being rejected by a platform, or resulting in the restriction, suspension, or removal of your account on any third-party service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Service, which for a free service is zero, or (b) PKR 1,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FontGenerator.pk and its owners, operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

13. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, including if we believe you have breached these Terms or used the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is handled. Please read it alongside these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

If you access the Service from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FontGenerator.pk regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
